Bean and Thyme Bake

Ingredients

For 1 Continued...
1 tbspn olive oil 2 tbspn crème fraîche
150 gm onion (prepared weight) 1 tbspn dried thyme
1 tspn garlic 1 slice bread
175 gm tinned beans of choice 75 gm cheese

Preparation

Cooking

  1. Pour the bean mixture into the ovendish.
  2. Cover the top with the breadcrumb mix, pat down, and drizzle with a little olive oil.
  3. Put the ovendish into a cold oven, set to 190º C and bake from cold for 25 min.

Notes

This can be prepared ahead of time and placed in an automatic oven, set as appropriate.
