Jamaican Jerk Spice Mix
Ingredients

| 2 tspn cayenne pepper | ¼ heaped tspn ground cinnamon |
| 1 tspn sugar | ¼ heaped tspn ground nutmeg |
| ¾ tspn dried thyme | ¼ heaped tspn allspice |
| ¼ tspn salt | ¼ heaped tspn onion powder or granules |
Preparation
- Thoroughly mix together all the ingredients, store in a jar and keep in a cool and dark place.
