Greek Gigantes Plaki

This was inspired by Greek Gigantes Plaki but adjusted to simplify the cooking for a single portion. The Gigantes Beans are replaced by the easily obtainable broad beans. Plaki apparently refers to the style of cooking with olive oil, garlic, onions, tomatoes and parsley. I have used oregano (commonly used in Greek cuisine) instead of parsley because I like it.
