Chicken Crema

There are a variety of recipes for this dish on-line which can also be found on some Italian restaurant menus. This version is home style rather than restaurant style. A local restaurant also includes some brandy and if this takes your fancy you can add some along with the cream and basil. Very tasty it is too!
