75 ml yogurt
½ tspn ground cumin
1 tspn green chilli
¾ tspn garam masala
¾ tspn fresh ginger
1 tspn white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 tbspn oil
¼ tspn salt
1 tspn paprika
½ tspn hot chilli powder
¼ tspn turmeric
Preparation
Finely chop the green chilli.
Grate the ginger.
Grate or crush the garlic.
Combine the yogurt, chilli, ginger, garlic and blend until smooth.
Add all the other ingredients and beat until glossy.
