Quick Vegetable Curry
Ingredients
For 1
1 large tin of vegetable soup
½ small tin kidney beans (any beans will do)
1 tbspn medium or hot curry powder
¼ tspn salt
½ tspn fenugreek powder
Cooking
Put the soup into a non-stick pan.
Add the beans, curry powder, fenugreek and salt.
Heat as directed on the soup tin.
Serving
Optionally sprinkle on some grated cheese.
Serve with naan bread.
