Pre-Cooked Chicken

Ingredients

For 1
1 chicken breast
1 tbspn Masala Sauce
A little vegetable oil

Preparation

Cooking

  1. Heat a wok or a heavy pan.
  2. Add a little oil.
  3. Add the diluted masala sauce and chicken 'cubes' and mix together well.
  4. Fry over a medium heat, stirring continuously, for about 3 min or until the chicken is properly cooked through.
  5. The chicken will be cooked when the pieces can be easily split into smaller pieces and are white throughout.

Serving

  1. Allow to cool and then either refrigerate or freeze.
