Pre-Cooked Chicken
Ingredients
For 1 |
1 chicken breast |
1 tbspn Masala Sauce |
A little vegetable oil |
Preparation
- Mix 1 tbspn of masala sauce with 1 tbspn of water.
- Cut the chicken into small 'cubes'. (The exact size is not important)
Cooking
- Heat a wok or a heavy pan.
- Add a little oil.
- Add the diluted masala sauce and chicken 'cubes' and mix together well.
- Fry over a medium heat, stirring continuously, for about 3 min or until the chicken is properly cooked through.
- The chicken will be cooked when the pieces can be easily split into smaller pieces and are white throughout.
Serving
- Allow to cool and then either refrigerate or freeze.
