Ingredients
For approx 25 ml
2 tspn amchoor powder (mango powder)
½ tspn black pepper seeds
1 tspn cumin seeds
1 tspn salt
1/8 tspn asafoetida
Preparation
Dry roast the cumin seeds (do not burn) and grind to a powder in a pestle and mortar.
Grind the peppercorns in a pestle and mortar.
Combine all the ingredients together and mix very well.
Store the mixture in a small air-tight jar.
