Semolina Pudding

This reminds me of what my mother used to make when I was a child. Fond memories and just as delicious as I remember.


For 1 Continued...
20 gm semolina 200 ml milk
20 gm caster sugar 1 or 2 tspn vanilla extract (or to taste)


  1. Using a non-stick saucepan, mix the milk, semolina, sugar and vanilla and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, reduce the heat and continue to simmer until it thickens to suit your preference.
