Semolina Pudding
This reminds me of what my mother used to make when I was a child. Fond memories and just as delicious as I remember.
Ingredients

20 gm semolina |
200 ml milk |
20 gm caster sugar |
1 or 2 tspn vanilla extract (or to taste) |
Cooking
- Using a non-stick saucepan, mix the milk, semolina, sugar and vanilla and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, reduce the heat and continue to simmer until it thickens to suit your preference.
