Flavoured Flatbread

This is an enhanced unleavened bread similar to a chapatti but with additional flavour.

Ingredients

For 1 Continued...
60 gm wholemeal flour (3 heaped tbspn) 1 or 2 tspn olive oil
¼ tspn salt 1 tbspn worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Cooking

  1. Over a high flame heat a frying pan and add little oil.
  2. Remove any excess flour from the flatbread surface.
  3. When the pan is hot add the flatbread and fry for about 2 min.
  4. Lightly oil the top surface, flip over, and continue to fry for another 2 min.
  5. There should be light brown marks on both sides.

Notes

This bread is very tasty and should be 'softish' and easily 'tearable'.
