Corned Beef Hash


For one Continued...
100 gm corned beef 1 tbspn oil
140 gm potato (prepared weight) 1 tbspn worcestershire sauce
125 gm onion (prepared weight) 1 tspn dijon or grain mustard
50 gm beetroot (optional)  



  1. Heat the oil in a wok or heavy pan until it is very hot.
  2. Add the onions and continually toss in the oil for 3 min.
  3. Add the potatoes, mix with the onions, and continially toss in the oil for 6 min.
  4. Add the corned beef and beetroot (if using) and toss around carefully for 3 min to heat through.


  1. Serve with a chapatti, pitta or naan and lashings of tomato ketchup.
