Noodles with Tuna and Mushrooms


For 1 Continued...
Up to 6 mushrooms of choice (depends on size) ¼ tspn sugar
1 block medium egg noodles 2½ tspn nam pla (fish sauce)
1 tbspn oil 1 tspn dark soy sauce
¼ onion (about 75 gm prepared weight) 100 ml chicken stock
1 clove garlic ½ small tin tuna
1 tspn green chilli Freshly ground black pepper
¼ carrot (about 75 gm prepared weight)  



  1. Heat a wok and add some oil.
  2. Add the onions and cook for 3 min.
  3. Add the garlic and chilli and cook for a few seconds.
  4. Add the carrot and cook for 1 min.
  5. Add the mushrooms, sugar, soy and fish sauces, noodles and stock.
  6. Stir well to combine.
  7. Cover and cook for 5 min.
  8. Crumble in the tuna, season with pepper and heat through.


  1. Serve immediately.
