Noodles with Tuna and Tomato Sauce


For 1 Continued...
1 block medium egg noodles 12 pitted black olives
2 tbspn oil 2 tbspn chopped tomatoes
1 clove garlic 2 tbspn passata
½ tspn red chilli 1 tbspn dried parsley
¼ onion (75 gm prepared weight) Salt & black pepper
½ small tin tuna  



  1. Heat the oil in a wok.
  2. Add the garlic and chilli and stir fry for a few seconds.
  3. Add the onion and stir fry for about 3 min until softened.
  4. Add the olives, chopped tomato, parsley and passata.
  5. Add seasoning and simmer for 10 min (add a little water if the sauce dries out too much).
  6. Add the noodles and mix into the sauce.
  7. Break up the tuna and carefully add it to the wok, and heat through.


  1. Serve immediately.
