C41 Tikka Spice Mix

1 tbspn coriander seeds	1 tspn ground ginger
1 tspn cumin seeds	½ tspn turmeric
2 tspn dried mint	½ tspn garam masala
2 tspn paprika	¼ tspn chilli powder
1 tspn garlic granules or powder	¼ tspn salt

Using a spice grinder or pestle and mortar, grind the coriander seeds, cumin seeds and mint to a fine powder.
Thouroughly mix in all the remaining ingredients.
Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool and dark place.
