Heat a pan and add the sugar (if used) and 40 ml of coconut powder and stir vigorously for 15 secs.
Add 100 ml of C41 base sauce and stir for 15 secs.
Add the chicken and stir for 10 secs.
Add 20 ml of coconut powder and stir for 10 secs.
Add more base sauce and the cream and stir for 10 secs.
Add the ground almonds (if used), butter (if used) and cook, gradually stirring in the remaining C41 base sauce, for 3 min until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.
Cooking
Serve with rice and optionally garnish with a little freshly chopped coriander.
Notes
No oil is used in this recipe. Coconut powder is used and NOT dessicated coconut
