C41 Balti Spice Mix
Ingredients
| Makes about 40 ml | Continued... |
| 1 tbspn ground coriander | ½ tspn ground ginger |
| 1½ tspn ground cumin | ½ tspn curry powder (see note 1) |
| 1 tspn garam masala | ¼ tspn chilli powder |
| ¾ tspn turmeric | ¼ fenugreek powder |
| ¾ tspn garlic powder |
Preparation
- Mix all the spices together.
- Store in a sealed jar and keep in a dry and dark place.
Notes
